長岡 可楠子 先生, 安藤 史顕 助教がASN Kidney Week 2026でTop Trainee Poster Presentationを受賞

米国腎臓学会(ASN)Kidney Week 2026において、当分野の長岡可楠子先生・安藤史顕助教の演題「HA-Tagged V2R Knock-In Mice Enable In Vivo Visualization of Transcellular Trafficking of V2R」が、Top Trainee Poster Presentationに選ばれました。
本研究では、バゾプレシン2型受容体(V2R)にHAタグを付加したHA-V2Rノックインマウスの作製に成功しました。蛍光免疫染色と免疫電子顕微鏡により、生体内におけるV2Rの局在と細胞内輸送を鮮明に可視化しました。本モデルは、腎臓の水恒常性維持機構の解明に向けた新たな研究基盤となることが期待されます。

Drs. Kanako Nagaoka and Fumiaki Ando received Top Trainee Poster Presentation recognition at the American Society of Nephrology (ASN) Kidney Week 2026 for their presentation entitled “HA-Tagged V2R Knock-In Mice Enable In Vivo Visualization of Transcellular Trafficking of V2R.”
In this study, the researchers successfully generated knock-in mice expressing HA-tagged vasopressin type2 receptors (HA-V2R). Using immunofluorescence and immunoelectron microscopy, they visualized V2R localization and trafficking in vivo. This novel model provides a valuable platform for investigating the mechanisms regulating V2R trafficking and their roles in renal water homeostasis.
